Tania Solé

Tania Solé is a multi-lingual (English, French, Hebrew & English), multi-cultural technology and environmental entrepreneur.  She has worked for multiple startups helping them strategize and grow from inception to exit.  In addition, she ran for elected office for Redwood City City Council in 2015 and more recently California State Assembly D21 in 2022.  

In the past, she worked for among others Intel Corp, Greenslip Inc, and AirSpeQ. AirSpeQ was funded by Small Business Innovation Research Grants (SBIR's) from United States Federal agencies including the National Science Foundation (NSF), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and National Institutes of Health (NIH.). 

She has been a speaker at events in China, India and the USA.  She speaks primarily about entrepreneurship and climate. Her current company, BlueDesal, is a mission driven B corp, solving the problems of water and energy through localized sustainable wave powered desalination pods.  With the support of a California STEP grant, BlueDesal was part of the US CLEAN Trade Mission to India led by Assistant Commerce Secretary Arun Venkataraman.  Feel free to learn more about her and follow her at https://www.linkedin.com/in/taniasole/
